This notice covers the website at entailmentlabs.com and the messages you send us through it. Processing of a partner's data under a pilot agreement or an SOW is governed by the data processing addendum to that contract, not by this notice.
1. Who we are
Entailment Labs, an AI engineering lab in Surat, Gujarat, India. Company registration is pending; the registered name and number are added here once issued. Contact for anything in this notice: hello@entailmentlabs.com. Contact for security and data protection matters: security@entailmentlabs.com.
2. What the website collects
2.1. Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. The data is aggregated and held by the analytics provider in the region stated in its terms.
2.2. Server logs. Our hosting provider records requests, including IP addresses, for security and operations. Retention follows the provider's terms; placeholder — confirm the period once the host is fixed.
2.3. Cookies. The website sets no cookies of its own. The bot check on the pilot request form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and may set a cookie for the duration of the check; see Cloudflare's privacy notice.
3. What the pilot request form collects
3.1. The form asks for your name, work email address, company, role, company size, country, the service line and process you have in mind, an estimate of monthly volume, a message, and whether you want the security pack.
3.2. We use this to reply to you and to scope a pilot. The submission is emailed to partners@entailmentlabs.com and stored in our sales records.
3.3. Retention: placeholder — replace with the period set in the data retention policy. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time at hello@entailmentlabs.com.
3.4. We do not sell or share this information. Processors involved in delivering it are listed on the sub-processors page.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection under the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR or similar law. Write to hello@entailmentlabs.com. We reply within placeholder days.
5. Changes
We change this notice when the facts change. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
