Entailment Labs

Website terms

The terms on which this website is provided. Partner work is governed by the pilot agreement, the MSA and the SOW, not by these terms.

Draft — lawyer review before publication.

Section 1 — website terms

Version dated 1 Sept 2026.

These terms cover use of the website at entailmentlabs.com. Work for a partner is governed by the mutual NDA, the pilot agreement, the master services agreement, the data processing addendum and the statement of work for that project. Where those documents and these terms differ, those documents win.

1. The website

1.1. The website describes what we build and how we work. It is information, not an offer. A pilot scope, a fee or a timeline becomes binding only when it is written into a signed document.

1.2. Status flags on the security page and elsewhere are current as of the date shown on them. We do not claim a certification, registration or insurance as complete before it is.

1.3. Figures marked "placeholder" are not figures. They mark the place where a measured or agreed number will go.

2. Use of the website

2.1. You may read, link to and quote the website with attribution. You may not scrape it for training data, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to send unsolicited messages to the addresses on it.

2.2. The pilot request form is for BPO and outsourcing companies enquiring about a pilot. Submissions from free-mail addresses are declined by the form.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The text, design and code of the website belong to Entailment Labs. The name Entailment Labs is a placeholder pending name reservation and trademark clearance; the trademark filing in classes 42 and 9 is pending.

3.2. Product names of third parties belong to their owners.

4. Liability

4.1. The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing law

5.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat, have jurisdiction. Placeholder — lawyer to confirm the clause and the alternative arbitration block used in the MSA.

6. Contact

hello@entailmentlabs.com for the website. security@entailmentlabs.com for vulnerabilities and incidents. partners@entailmentlabs.com for pilots.

Section 2 — text

Clauses are numbered so that a lawyer can refer to them. Placeholders mark what is not yet fixed.
